NZMBA Governance

The Constitution of the NZMBA establishes a Committee to govern and oversee the management of the NZMBA. The Committee's role is to agree policy of the NZMBA.

The Committee is elected by standard and associate Members every year. Affiliate and associate members are separately represented by two working panels.This results in the NZMBA being a broker lead and driven association.
